Stashdel – Truck Owner / Fleet Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
   • "Stashdel" refers to the logistics and freight forwarding company facilitating load assignments and transport coordination.
   • "Partner" refers to the truck owner, driver, or fleet operator registering vehicles for service under Stashdel.
   • "Vehicle" refers to the truck or fleet unit registered with Stashdel.
2. Registration & Compliance
   • All vehicles must be properly registered and comply with local transport authority regulations.
   • Partners must provide valid documentation including RC, insurance, fitness certificate, and driver's license.
   • Vehicles must be roadworthy and well-maintained for commercial transport use.
3. Assignment of Loads
   • Stashdel does not guarantee load availability but will assign loads based on demand, vehicle type, and route suitability.
   • The partner has the right to accept or decline a load offer, but repeated refusals without valid reason may affect future assignments.
4. Driver Conduct & Safety
   • Drivers must be professional, licensed, and sober at all times.
   • Any incident of unsafe driving, unprofessional behavior, or delay must be reported immediately.
   • Partner is fully responsible for the behavior and actions of their drivers during shipment handling.
5. Timeliness & Communication
   • Vehicles must report on time for pickup and delivery.
   • Any delays, breakdowns, or emergencies must be reported to Stashdel immediately.
   • Failure to communicate delays may result in penalties or suspension from the platform.
6. Cargo Handling
   • Partner is responsible for safe handling and transit of cargo.
   • Any damage, theft, or loss caused due to negligence or non-compliance may be charged to the partner.
   • Proper securing of goods (tarpaulin, strapping, etc.) is expected where applicable.
7. Payments
   • Payment terms will be communicated clearly before each trip or assignment.
   • Payments will be processed upon successful delivery and confirmation, subject to deduction of any penalties or claims.
   • Partner must provide correct bank or UPI details for payment processing.
8. Insurance & Liability
   • Vehicles must have valid third-party and goods-in-transit insurance.
   • Stashdel is not responsible for vehicle breakdowns, traffic fines, or mechanical issues during transit.
   • In case of an accident or claim, the partner must cooperate fully with Stashdel and relevant authorities.
9. Termination
   • Stashdel reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any partner due to repeated delays, misconduct, fraud, or safety violations.
   • Partners may also request deactivation of their account by providing notice.
10. Confidentiality
    • All information regarding clients, loads, and operations shared by Stashdel must be kept confidential.
    • Sharing client details or subcontracting work without permission is prohibited.
11. Dispute Resolution
    • In case of any disputes, Stashdel will aim to resolve them amicably.
    • If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Stashdel is registered.
12. Acceptance
    • By registering your vehicle or fleet with Stashdel, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
