• Facilitator Role: We provide a platform for third-party sellers ("Vendors"), service providers, and home businesses to display and sell their products and services to customers ("Users").
• The Transaction: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Hive Times is not the seller of the products or services listed. We facilitate the transaction, but the contract for the sale of goods or services is directly between the User and the Vendor.
• Service Providers: We also host a directory/section for service providers. We do not guarantee the quality or safety of services provided by third parties listed on our Site.

3. User Accounts

• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

• Shipping: Shipping times and costs vary depending on the specific Vendor and the delivery location. Hive Times is not responsible for shipping delays caused by Vendors or courier services.
• Refunds and Returns: We aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds and returns are generally available within a specific window (e.g., 7–30 days) from receipt of goods, subject to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) where applicable.

• Vendor Specifics: Certain Vendors may have specific return policies which will be indicated on their product pages.

6. User-Generated Content (Reviews and Comments)

• License: By posting reviews, comments, photos, or other content ("User Content"), you grant Hive Times a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content on our Site and marketing materials.
